When you submit an inquiry form, we collect the details you provide - such as your name, organization, email address and message - together with limited technical context (the page you submitted from) to help us route and respond to your note.

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, route it to the appropriate member of our team, and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in our website's content system and our customer relationship management (CRM) platform (Salesforce). Access is limited to designated members of the Parlinum team.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and maintain a record of the relationship, then delete it on request or once it's no longer needed.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by contacting us at info@parlinum.com.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate - pages visited, approximate region and how visitors arrive. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
